Dear Kingsbury on the Park Association:

As you may be aware, the Design Committee has been working on developing a master plan for how we would like to see the front of our building finished. We have received some preliminary estimates for this work, but the Board has determined that the Association does not have the money to take on this project, at this time, as they are still identifying required maintenance costs for other parts of the building.
