It’s imperative that you turn in the Spring HVAC Maintenance form. The deadline to return these forms has been extended until May 11^th. You may pick up a form at the front desk. Remember, damage caused by a leaking HVAC is the responsibility of the unit owner where the leak originated!

If your car information has changed, please contact the Management Office or the front desk with your new information (i.e. make, model, plate#)

Make the Case for Literacy…at Open Books’ first annual bookcase decorating event. Teams of local literacy supporters will gather at Enclave to compete for fame and glory as they change standard 3-shelf bookcases into stand-alone marvels themed on the POWER of used books.
Non-competitors will cheer on the teams, enjoy food, drinks, and music, vote for their favorite bookcase, and visit the award-winning Open Books store (right next door to Enclave) for special sales on used books to support literacy in Chicago.
At the conclusion of the evening, prominent judges from the fields of art and literature will award prizes based on creativity, execution, and fidelity to the theme.
