The Property Manager has scheduled all Spring HVAC Maintenance for those units that have turned in their forms. Call 312-255-0608 to find out when your unit is scheduled, and confirm we will have access to your unit on that day.

·       Please turn in your form if you haven’t done so. For your convenience, the week of May 30^th has been added in order to complete this mandatory service.

Window washing has been scheduled for May 25^th (weather permitting).

If you park in the garage…please enter slowly and wait for the door to close behind you. It’s an easy security measure!
